Our nutrition policy encourages foods that are low in sugar content and free of caffeine. We serve healthy foods and discourage “empty calorie” snacks. Snacks and drinks are offered mid-morning, mid-afternoon and late afternoon. All children who attend the morning sessions eat lunch before going home and must bring a lunch that requires no refrigeration. Milk, juice and water are provided by the Center. Birthdays may be celebrated by sending in a special snack for the class. Please be sure to check with the teacher ahead of time in order to avoid conflicts with scheduling.
